This includes but is not limited to demolition, framing, drywall installation & finishing, painting, casework and millwork installation, interior finishes, punch-out, etc. The firm works on a variety of construction project types (i.e. design-bid-build, bid-build, and design-build). David C. Smith & Son, Inc. is proud of it solid track record of performing successfully on the most challenging of the afore mentioned project types; the design-build project. We have successfully completed design-build projects in several challenging and complex research and hospital facilities; the NIH Building 10 Clinical Complex Center, the NIH Building 50, Louis Stokes Building, and the NIH Bldg. 14A Animal Complex.
